Do you offer same-day tenant cleanouts?

Yes. For most of Hillsborough County, same-day or next-day service is available when you call before noon. Property management account holders get priority scheduling. Call (813) 535-0116 and we'll do our best to get you on the schedule that day.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance?

Absolutely. Tampa Bay Junkaneers is fully licensed and insured for both residential and commercial work in Florida. We can provide a certificate of insurance naming your management company or property owner as an additional insured — just let us know when you call.

Do I need to be on-site during the cleanout?

Not necessarily. Many of our property management clients give us access to the unit and we handle everything while they're managing other properties. We'll confirm everything to remove before starting and send you a completion update when we're done.

What items do you remove during a turnover cleanout?

We remove furniture, mattresses, box springs, appliances, clothing, trash bags, boxes, yard debris, and most household junk. We do not remove hazardous materials, chemicals, or medical waste. If you're not sure whether an item qualifies, just describe it when you call — we'll tell you straight.

Can I set up a recurring service agreement?

Yes — and we strongly recommend it for property managers with multiple units. A recurring service agreement gives you priority scheduling, consistent pricing, a dedicated contact, and the option for invoice billing. Call us to discuss your portfolio and we'll put together the right structure for your needs.
